We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.


Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email so that you know it is on its way.

Tracked deliveries

If you have chosen a tracked option, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have created an account, you will also find your tracking number in My Account under orders. You can enter your tracking number at to track your parcel.

We hope that you are happy with your Amanzi Tea purchase. However, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 14 days of receipt and choose a refund or exchange. Please email us at to let us know to expect it and include your contact details, order number, proof of purchase and reason for return. Please note that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange the below items.

  • Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange:
  • Products which have been personalised for you
  • Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly
  • Products which are sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery; and
  • Products that have been used or enjoyed beyond handling them to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of them (such as you would for example handle a display item in a shop).

Any items returned must be unused, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully to prevent any damage in the return journey. Please send your items with a tracked service to:

All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us if your refund has not appeared within this time frame.

Faulty or damaged items

Should any of your items be faulty or damaged on arrival, we want to put it right. If we can’t replace the item, we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. Please contact us on for return instructions.
