All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail confirmation. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the order confirmation.
You have the right to cancel your Contract with us up to 14 days after receipt of your delivery. Please note that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange the products listed below unless they are faulty or not as described.
If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund for the price paid for the products plus standard delivery costs but this will exclude the cost of the return of the products to Amanzi Tea. If you opted for a premium delivery method, you will be refunded the cost of standard delivery. Should you choose to only partially cancel your order, the original standard delivery cost will not be refunded to you.
If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post to Customer Care, Amanzi Tea, 29-30 Elvaston Mews, London, SW7 5HZ, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All cancelled products must be returned to Us within 14 days of your notification to cancel. All refunds will be issued by the same method that the original payment was taken within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
You can choose a tracking option on orders and we will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If your delivery hasn’t been delivered according to its estimated time please contact Customer Services on 0207 935 5510 or email us at email@example.com.

Products should be dispatched within three business days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within this timeframe, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and don’t recommend customers order for delivery to PO Box addresses. Orders can’t be refunded if they have been sent to a PO Box address.
If we attempt to deliver to you at home and no one is there to answer, our courier will leave a card informing you how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will be received at our Returns department and a refund will be automatically processed.
Apologies for any inconvenience, we are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses.
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT if applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount in the checkout.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our pricing information on Our Site, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.
